Easy Kids Recipe: Summer English Pudding

July 28, 2015 By Thaleia

A few years ago I picked up a book at Goodwill for less then $1 called, The Kid’s Around the World Cookbook. I will admit I had grand plans for us to make these recipes at last three years ago as part of our homeschool curriculum but alas we have not. Then I saw a chance to join a Tour of the World Food blog hop and knew this was our ticket to suing this book! I let Princess choose numerous recipes from the book which were all easy kids recipes. Since berries were on sale when she went to the grocery with her dad this prompted us to make Summer English Pudding.

Around the World in 30 Days: France Mini Unit Study

June 3, 2015 By Thaleia Leave a Comment

My daughter has been on a French kick for most of this school year so when we needed to choose a country for the Around the World in 30 Days,  France just made sense. We want to share a variety of French resources for all ages of children and skill level for your home or school. I am calling this a mini unit study. I will share some unique activities that we created from easy to find supplies either from home or the craft store.
