Fun Ways To Take AlternaVites Kids Vitamins

January 7, 2015 By Thaleia 1 Comment

Educational Games for 2-8 Year Olds

We were recently given AlternaVites kids vitamins for review. I realized we had not been taking our daily children’s vitamins after mom and dad were tied up in the hospital for those four days with Eldest. This was a great opportunity to get back into the habit of getting the supplemental nutrition my kids need.

Princess tried them “straight up” on her tongue following that packet with a glass of water. I tried a packet on yogurt and really enjoyed the taste. I think sprinkling them over yogurt, ice cream, or mixing them into a shake or smoothie is a great way to sneak in the vitamins without your child knowing. There are no added colors so those families with color sensitivities can be rest assured that their child won’t have a reaction.

AlternaVites have taken the guess work out of taking vitamins for the parent of food allergy suffering kids! These vitamins are gluten-free, non GMO, Kosher, and Vegetarian. They are not filled with high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors, or preservatives! They only contain 2g carbohydrates per vitamin packet which is half of what our other vitamins have. This is nice for those of us carb counting for our Type 1 Diabetes kids.
